 ImageCombine project started as a senior project with a name "OSU Campus WebMap" for my Bachelors degree in Computer Science. The old Oregon State University (OSU) webmap had only two static images and next to none number of available display options. When OSU web servers migrated to new fast DELL® machines with Linux, a decision was made to create more competitive webmap. New webmap displays more information to the users, such as additional information about desired building, parking information and locations of some services. All of these options were offered in interactive manner. The user can control what they want to see on the map. The map is generated dynamically according to user choices and preferences. My part of the project was to create a completely new graphical engine that would offer dynamic feachures. The engine is a program written in C language that creates dynamic maps on the fly (images are not saved on the server).

Now the senior project is over. I decided to publish the graphical engine with a name "ImageCombine". This is an open source project.
